What is the TriState Arch Angels?

The TriState ArchAngels is an official chapter of Washington DC ArchAngels. We serve the NY, NJ and PA regions. The Executive Director is Randy Shawn Fisher.

Who are the members?

Our membership is open primarily to angel investors (SEC Accredited) from the TriState regions of the US. If you are outside this region and wish to join us, please contact Randy Shawn Fisher. Membership is subject to our terms and conditions.

How much does it cost?

The pricing is USD $995 / per person, per year. (early-bird pricing, subject to change). If you are a member of another angel group, it's USD $750 pp/yr.

The Washington DC Arch Angels was formed in 2011 by a group of highly experienced angel investors and has reviewed thousands of early stage companies in a variety of industries, including IT, e-commerce, energy, consumer goods, biotech, medical devices, space, cleantech, and many more.1200 Angel Investors; 900 Presenting Companies
Meeting monthly, it has presented over 900 companies and grown its membership to over 1200 people, many of whom are SEC accredited investors.Proven Track Record
Washington DC Arch Angels has a proven track record. Five of the companies it has presented went IPO, about 140 have been acquired, and most of the rest are still in business. This means Washington DC Arch Angels investors have made a lot of money on their investments.
